How Do I Check My Order Status?

Way Point allows you to see real-time updates of your order(s). You can track your individual items through the Track My Order page. We will send you your tracking number (when possible) as soon as your order has been processed. In most cases, order processing takes between 4-5 days.

How Do you Determine Your "On Sale" Prices?

We get these prices from our wholesalers and we compare similar products available on the market. Our mission is to offer the best possible deal + free shipping.

Why Don't I See The Same Deal On Your Website That I Saw Advertised On Facebook?

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, these posts are still Shared and Liked by our fans. We can't stop this since Facebook posts continue long after promotions end.

Who Pays For Shipping On Items For Return?

Shipping on all return for refund items is at the expense of the buyer.

Can I Change My Shipping Address For The Order?

We cannot guarantee that edits can be made. Make sure to double check your order and shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake after your order is placed, please email us right away, and we will check to see if we are able to edit your information prior to shipment.

My Address Was Incorrect And Now My Order Is Being "Returned to Sender."

If an item is returned to sender, due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. If you wish to cancel your order, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping costs. We also reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.

Do You Provide Tracking Numbers For Shipped Items?

When possible - yes. Not all freight companies use tracking for smaller packages. For example, USPS First Class isn't tracked.

Who Pays For Items Damaged During Transit?

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We endeavor to deliver your product(s) as soon as possible. In stock orders from our fulfillment center ship out within 1 business day. Some third party specialty products take longer, as much as 3-6 weeks as this is completely dependent on your location and the location it is shipped from.
