Our in-stock orders are shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days or less.

Shipping times from our US facility to our US customers is under 7 days in most cases.

International in-stock orders ship from our global warehouses and take 2-4 weeks in most cases.

Please Note: All shipping is subject to situations out of our control. USPS and UPS do offer shipping options that offer arrival guarantees if you choose that method of shipping.

Please Note: Some orders will ship separately to expedite arrival of items when possible. We have warehouses all over the world and some products are specific to a location.

For international orders we are not responsible for applicable customs and duties applied by the receiving countries. They are not set or determined by us, and cannot be collected by us. They are collected by the destination country.

Can I Change My Shipping Address For The Order?


We cannot guarantee that edits can be made. Make sure to double check your order and shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake after your order is placed, please email us right away, and we will check to see if we are able to edit your information prior to shipment.

My Address Was Incorrect And Now My Order Is Being "Returned to Sender."

If an item is returned to sender, due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. If you wish to cancel your order, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping costs. We also reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
