Warranty Replacement

All zNitro products are covered by our Lifetime Replacement program.

Warranty your product directly through zNitro by following these simple steps below:

*Please note they charge a shipping fee of $4.95 for Nitro Glass products and $2.95 for Nitro Sheild and Nitro Carbon products.

Begin your claim by emailing warranty@znitro.com with the following information:

1) Copy of proof of purchase - we will accept a picture of your receipt 

2) A picture of the item you wish to replace/warranty

3) Product type

4) Make and model of your phone or device

5) Reason for return/replacement

The replacement process usually takes 3-5 business days. For International orders, the customer is responsible for shipping and duty charges on the replacement. Thank you for your patience at this time.

*International customers may be charged an additional fee for shipping

 

Refunds

If you purchased a product from www.znitro.com please follow the process below for a return or refund.

zNitro has a 30 day money back guarantee for all items purchased directly from www.znitro.com. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products please email warranty@znitro.com to begin the refund process. All refunds require sending back the product with its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After the 30 day grace period, zNitro will not accept returns unless the item is defective under our warranty policy. We cannot process refunds over the phone, all requests must be submitted via email.

3) What is wrong with the item, reason for return?
